Returns

As our mentoring services are intangible, we do not offer returns for any payments made for our services. However, we are committed to providing high-quality mentoring services and will work with you to address any concerns you may have.

 

Refunds

If you have made a payment for our mentoring services and have not yet been matched with a mentor, you may be eligible for a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at info@thementorshipproject.com within 30 days of making your payment.

 

Once you have been matched with a mentor, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have with your mentor and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your participation in our mentoring program, please contact us at  thementorshiproject@gmail.com

 We will process your cancellation as soon as possible and may provide a refund as outlined above.

 

Exceptions

Our return and refund policy does not apply to payments made for our events or other programs, which may have their own refund policies. Please refer to the specific program or event for details.
